Lochside Bed and Breakfast on Loch Ness

The MacDonald family welcome you to their family-friendly bed and breakfast near Dores on the banks of Loch Ness.

Our area is great for water sports and fishing. There are so many places to visit including the Loch Ness monster show and Urquhart Castle.
When you visit us in summer there are many exciting activities to do. For example in July the Rock Ness music festival takes place near here.
People from all over the world come to Loch Ness to learn about the monster people have talked about for many years.
Some even think they saw it when they stayed here. The nature in our area is beautiful and great for walks or even hiking trips. 
If you have any questions please ask us – we are always happy to help and give tips for activities to you and your families.

Our rooms: One family room (for 4), and one twin room. Both rooms have TV and DVD player, hairdryer, Wi-fi internet, and you can make your own tea or coffee. Breakfast times are from 07:30 AM – 09:30 AM. We do have a breakfast room where you can get cornflakes, freshly baked bread, fruits and juices.
If you do have any special wishes please let us know. Our rooms will be well prepared when you arrive and you will feel comfortable from the first moment on.
There’s also a room where you can dry your coats and boots.


Price: £25 per person per night. Special prices for children in family room: under 10s free, 10-16-year-olds £10, over 16s £20. Car parking is available for 15£ per day. Please contact us for more information, if you have questions, or for your actual request to stay in our B&B.
